THE
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM Creations, Inc., [ hereinafter referred to as “the company” ] with a 25 year proven wholesale and retail track record , and, a worldwide exclusive product line, has created a revolutionary entrepreneurial program, that extends an opportunity to qualified individuals [ prospective partners ] to become a company partner , or even, attain full ownership of selected divisions of Creations. And, most importantly, this unique opportunity is extended without any requirement of financial investment. The program is relatively simple, as the following single product line example, indicates. 1] The company may turn over complete U.S.A. marketing of it’s unique Frameable Metal Greeting Card Line with an industry gross market of over 7.4 billion dollars annually. 2] Like most of the products developed by the company, these greeting cards are not found anywhere else, worldwide. So, the person selected to earn ownership of this division will have complete control of 25 states to develop his/her company partnership. 3] With over 12 greeting card categories and 300 designs, already created, market development is simple, given that this product category has a 200+ year consumer acceptance track record. 4] The company will continue to manufacturer the product, while the prospective partner will eventually have complete u.s. market development control. So, how does an individual become a prospective partner? Well, it is really very simple! First, and foremost, the individual needs to demonstrate to the company recruitment executive their overall commitment to this division development plan , their desire to achieve success, their honesty, and, a compilation of their ideas on how to achieve growth of this product line. Since, the company is ready to turn over the reigns of daily operation to the prospective partner, it is NOT enough for the individual to just say “I’ll give it a try.” The individual MUST demonstrate to the company that they have the will, and commitment, to succeed.
You may be concerned as to how the prospective partner
supports himself while developing his/her division partnership.
Unless the individual is already financially independent, he, or
she, will, no doubt, require a source of income during the
development stage of their division. Considering this necessity the
individual will be provided a commission budget of, for example,
15%-20% of gross sales within their product division. The individual
will have full control over that gross commission: Additionally, each year the prospective partner, will earn company partnership percentage based on his, or her, target annual gross sales. Also, once they have reached their maximum partnership ownership of 49% they will become eligible to consider 95% complete division marketing ownership. No other company world-wide is offering such a revolutionary partnership program. In fact, it is our company goal to have approximately a minimum of 10 prospective partners, exclusively managing their respective divisions. The company shall, at all times, be available to discuss, or develop, marketing strategies with the prospective partners. Also, each product has it’s unique marketing requirements, thus, gross sales targets will vary from division to division. Before reviewing the following example of typical annual marketing and income potential within a Creations division, it is important to understand how we arrived at these figures. Of the millions of manufacturers representatives and sales agencies, throughout the U.S.A., we have discovered that the average commission schedules are almost identical from state to state.
Manufacturers representation agencies, particularly
in the souvenir, giftware and art industry, receive an average 15%
sales commission, of which, 10% to 12% is paid to their territorial
representatives. Therefore, in order for a representative to achieve
a livable income, he, or she, must sell approximately $50,000. per
month, or $600,000. per year. You will note that in our first
year projections we show $520,000. annual sales, encompassing 25
states. Theoretically, there could be 25 representatives in those 25
states. However, due to the vast area of representation requirements
each candidate will only have control of selected states, to begin
with. |
